The deal with the crepe is that it has to have the ability to stand on its own.  So I created a batter, artistic presentation style, and cooking method that produces a taste that’s anything but bland. For years, I cooked them for my kids and they raved as kids do. But then friends started raving, and I knew we were onto something. I visited Paris, Rome, Tirana, Hamburg, and Amsterdam, and ate more Crepes than a body should, met some wonderful and talented crepe makers, and came home with no desire to change the recipe one bit.  Deceptively healthy, unimaginably delicious, and unforgettably charming, Flipside Crepes is all of this and more.  When you see us, stop by to talk, enjoy the show, and try to hold back the grin when you taste them.
